How do I pay my bill online?

Paying your bill online is easy! Visit our online bill pay portal here. In order to pay your bill online you will be prompted to select your storage location from our drop-down menu, and will need your lease number and gate access code (numbers only, no symbols). You will be asked to provide an email address and to create a password. Once you register your email account and create a password, next time you need to pay your bill, just click here.

How do I set up recurring billing for my account?

Stop into your location with your credit card and your manager will be happy to set you up for recurring billing.

Do you offer insurance?

For your convenience EZ Storage offers contact information to a provider of Customer Storage Insurance. Contact the expert staff at your location for more information on insurance options.

What kind of security do you have?

EZ Storage employs state of the art security to protect your belongings. Our gated facilities feature tough masonry and steel construction, with code access, 24/7 video surveillance and the facilities are well lit. At many of our locations we feature individual door alarms on all units and the unmatched convenience of resident managers.

Can anyone just drive onto the property or do you need an access code?

An access code is required in order to enter the property, make sure to keep your individual access code in a safe place.

Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?

EZ Storage offers a variety of convenient packing and moving supplies for purchase at our sites, including a selection of locks. EZ storage does not provide you with a lock.

How do I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation please contact the manager at your location, for the phone number and email address, please select your location from our drop-down menu here.

How do I move out?

You must give notice in person, by phone, via email or by mail, by the 20th day of the month you will move out. If you do not give notice by the 20th the lease is automatically renewed at the current rate for another month and you will have to pay for another month’s rent.

What is Climate Control?

Climate controlled units protect your valuables, antiques, textiles, wood, leather, and other sensitive items from extreme temperature fluctuations such as the kind which occur in regular units. These units maintain a temperature of 65 degrees to 75 degrees all year round regardless of the season, and help guard your items against humidity, dust, and pests.

What is Drive-Up Access?

EZ Storage offers convenient drive-up access to units, which means that you can drive your vehicle onto the property and directly up to the unit door.

What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?

Office hours are the hours during which the office is open and staffed by managers, please select your location here to see office hours. Gate hours are the hours during which you can access your unit 365 days a year, please select your location here to see access hours.

Can I transfer to a different unit size after I already moved into my current unit?

Yes. If a different unit size is available you may transfer anytime. See your site manager for availability.

What are the hours I am able to access my unit?

What are the lease terms?

The lease is a month to month lease that renews on the 21st of the month if a move out notice is not given. Rent payments are due on the 1st day of each month. A late fee of 10% of the rent due will be charged if the account is 10 days past due.

Do you offer the convenience of a long term lease?

For your convenience you are able to pre-pay for 12 months (1 year), and as a thank you we will give your 13 month FREE! At EZ Storage we understand that circumstances change, so you get to have it both ways: you may pre-pay for as long as you need, while still reserving the option to vacate at your convenience and be refunded any outstanding credit on your account without penalty.

What if I am late making my payments?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We do not send out notices of rents due. A late fee of 10% of the rent due will be charged if your account is 10 days past due. We may put a lock on the unit until payment has been made.

How long after my account is delinquent before my belongings will go up for auction?

Once your account is over two months delinquent we will initiate auction procedures. Contact your site manager to discuss your account.

Is my initial monthly rent rate guaranteed not to change for as long as I rent this storage unit?

EZ Storage reserves the right to adjust monthly rent during your stay with us, and will notify you by mail of an upcoming change in order to ensure that you will have sufficient time to plan accordingly.

What are the payment terms?

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. Payable by cash, check, money order or most major credit cards. Recurring payment on credit or on line payments are a convenient option we offer.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
